5g Responsible Gold Auropelli Bar

The Auropelli gold bar series is the result of a collaboration between the two well-known precious metals companies ESG from Germany and Valcambi from Switzerland.

The 5g Responsible Gold bars are made exclusively from Valcambi Green Gold, which is sourced from specially certified mines in Nevada.

Unlike gold from mining regions in Africa or South America, it can be absolutely guaranteed that all environmental standards have been strictly adhered to, as well as all UN regulations regarding human rights, and that child labor is completely excluded. No rainforest had to be cleared for the mining areas. The mines are all located in desert regions. The manufacturer is LBMA certified. Unlike conventional Fairtrade gold bars, Auropelli bars do not incur a special Fairtrade premium, so despite the significantly higher monitoring standards for gold extraction, refining, and production, the bars are only slightly more expensive than investment bars with standard gold origin documentation.

Valcambi Green Gold is also kept strictly separate from gold from other sources during transport and refining.

On the front, below the ESG logo, is the bar marking with the details fine gold, weight 5g, the fineness of 999.9, as well as the Valcambi Green Gold trademark, the Valcambi diamond logo, the CHI ESSAYEUR FONDEUR smelter mark, and the serial number of the bar.

The reverse of the 5g fine gold bars features the Auropelli Responsible Gold trademark. The Auropelli figure is a tribute to the well-known Native American Kokopelli image of a flute player, which has been found on stones, walls, and objects in the southern United States for millennia.
