          Cast silver bars are produced through simple production processes when compared to minted ingots. Each cast silver bar is produced individually, with melted silver poured into a prefabricated, heat-resistant mold. The mold is designed to ensure a specific weight of silver for the finished product, such as 1 Kilo for these silver bars.

          The silver is poured into the molds and left to cool. Each mint has its own approach to the cooling process, with some leaving the newly-cast bar in an open mold to cool, while others are entirely enclosed within the mold.
